The power of light is a beautiful way to ad ambience to a photo. Powerful lights create beams along with washes of light that can be manipulated in different ways.

Light illuminates the smoke for this edgy effect.  Ice is added to the smoke machine to create a fog effect. Fog does not disperse as easy as smoke and the cold temp from the ice will make the fog hang low.

Glare from an instrument can create a "haze" effect in the camera. A glare is a great way to ad something to a photo without taking away from the main subject.

Different color background are available. Black is the go-to color for most acts but I have many different backdrops to choose from.

In movie trailers you may have seen the effect called "greenscreen". When a a subject stands in front on a green screen the background can be removed digitally and replaced with a different background. This means I can cut you out of the picture and put you in famous picture for example.
